Cindy’s Mindful Yoga for Anxiety class is EVERYTHING! I suffer from anxiety and before taking her class I had severe panic attacks. Since taking her class I have learned practical techniques to deploy in my everyday life. Cindy is so knowledgeable, caring, and accepting; which creates a safe environment to talk about a very personal matter. I highly recommend Cindy and the Yoga for Anxiety class.
