The Lymphatic System & Yoga

The lymphatic system is an essential part of the immune and circulatory systems, responsible for maintaining fluid balance, transporting fats, and defending the body against infections. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system does not have a central pump like the heart. Instead, it relies on body movements, muscle contractions, and breathing to move lymph fluid through the body. Yoga can be highly beneficial for supporting the lymphatic system because many yoga practices encourage movement, deep breathing, and relaxation, all of which can enhance lymphatic flow. This two day training breaks down the Lymphatic System, how it works, Lymphatic Conditions and Issues, and how yoga can help with all of it! To register, please donate $250 to the Lipedema Project. Once donated, please email your receipt to Cindy at cindy@cindybeers.com and you will automatically be registered. Please note: This is a Yoga Teacher Training and all Yoga Teachers will receive 16 hours of CEUs. All can join even if you're not yoga teacher.
