Thank You Thank You Thank You!

I just wanted to let you know that this past weekend we were up at the wounded warrior preserve. There were several excellent opportunities for me to have anxiety or a panic attack and I did not. There was a lot going on including the memorial service for my boss. His family was there. And there were just many many opportunities for me to have anxiety. And I did not! I felt some stress which was perfectly normal. But it never flipped into anxiety. I think it’s Hypnosis!  And I wanted to say thank you thank you thank you thank you!

Honestly, I thought hypnosis would work but I had no idea it would work so quickly. I thought it would be a multi-phased event. I am very surprised at how quickly it worked.

But again I just want to say thank you thank you thank you. I have been worried about this weekend’s memorial service since January. And I’ve had several small freakouts about it but I maintained. I did what I needed to do I did it the way I thought it should be done. And I was 100% fine and you know if you had taken if I had taken a drug or something to avoid the anxiety I would not have been able to have my normal emotions.

So you know if I was glad to see the family it was sad to see the family under the circumstances but I absolutely felt like myself and I thank you thank you thank you!

I felt like I took a psychology class. It linked up terms I have heard in passing with digestible definitions I could understand. The writing was clear, grounded, succinct (the way I like it) and easy to navigate. I like how (the workbook) you could really use it as a reference tool, looking up what you need without digging through thick paragraphs. It really functions as a great tool.
