Each hypnotherapy recording is approximately 20 – 60 minutes in length. Once purchased, you can download and listen to as many times as you wish. The more you listen, the better the outcome. Once downloaded, make sure you are setting aside time for your own personal hypnotherapy session; television off, computer off, phone muted or on do not disturb. You can sit in a comfortable chair or lay down. Please do not listen to while driving. Remember, wanting hypnotherapy to work and believing it will work is two different things.
